Welcome to Hotel Sirena

We are happy you have arrived.

At Hotel Sirena, holidays still have that simple and precious flavour of things done well: the sea just a few steps away, the promenade of Viale Oliveti right below the hotel, Romagna cuisine, after-dinner chats, the bar always ready, the beach, families, friends, children, evenings that start quietly and then — as often happens at the Sirena — take a more cheerful turn than expected.

This portal gathers useful information to help you enjoy your stay better: schedules, services, tips, contacts and practical directions.

But remember one thing: if something is not clear, if you have a doubt, if you need advice or simply want to talk to someone, the reception is always available.

Enjoy your holiday.

Destination

Rimini and Its Riviera

Rimini is one of Italy's oldest cities: founded by the Romans in 268 BC under the name Ariminum, it still bears the visible marks of that history. The Arch of Augustus, the Tiberius Bridge and the Surgeon's Domus tell two thousand years of stories right in the city centre, just a few steps from the sea. The Malatesta Temple — a Renaissance architectural masterpiece designed by Leon Battista Alberti — completes a cultural itinerary that rivals the great European capitals.

But Rimini is not just archaeology and history. It is a city that knows how to surprise: the City Museum hosts collections of extraordinary value, and Federico Fellini's Rimini is everywhere — in the streets, in the atmosphere, in that uniquely Romagnolo way of mixing the everyday with the surreal. Every summer the city's historic centre comes alive with events, exhibitions, concerts and festivals that attract an increasingly curious and international audience.

The beach — fifteen kilometres of fine sand — is a structural part of any stay here, not merely a backdrop. In summer you walk along the seafront, stop at the kiosks, practise outdoor sports; off-season the shore is quiet, perfect for anyone simply looking for fresh air and space. The recently redeveloped Parco del Mare has transformed the seafront into a year-round destination — a linear promenade between greenery and sea.

Evening life in Rimini unfolds in the historic centre: restaurants, wine bars, cocktail bars and informal venues cluster around Piazza Tre Martiri and the streets of the medieval district. Romagnolo cuisine — piadina, passatelli, brodetto — finds its most authentic expressions here, alongside a young and evolving gastronomic scene.

For those who want to explore beyond the city, the surrounding territory offers plenty of reasons to venture out: San Marino is half an hour away, then there are the Montefeltro hills, the medieval villages of the inland, and the wineries of Romagna. And for those travelling with children or simply looking for something more playful, the area's concentration of theme parks — including Mirabilandia, Fiabilandia and Italia in Miniatura — remains one of the most significant in Europe.

Rimini works for people who want a lot and don't want to choose. Within a few square kilometres you'll find history, sea, culture, gastronomy and an urban life that never quite stops. That is what makes it, still today, a destination capable of surprising you.
